My experience working with children and families involved with DCF inspired me to become a clinical therapist so I could help individuals and families navigate the difficult experiences life can hand to us.
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, difficult life experiences, relationship challenges and substance use and recovery.
My approach is supportive, nonjudgmental and collaborative with a focus on helpful clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, behaviors and in relationships while developing healthier coping skills, stronger self esteem and greater confidence. I believe ever person has unique strengths needs and goals. I strive to create a safe space where client can process their experiences, rebuild trust and strengthen relationship to make meaningful changes that support a healthier and more fulfilling life.
